Returns & Refund policy

We thank you for shopping at FirePods.

Have in mind that it takes 1-3 business days to process your order and ship it, and then 7-14 days to arrive. Please note that it may take a couple of days longer due to high-demand.

If you have not received your FirePods, received them broken, or are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will help you. 

Returns

We are not accepting Returns at the moment. This is to save you from the trouble of having to Ship your order back to us, and also to save you some time. You may file for a Refund, check the information down below. 

Refunds 

You have 30 days to file a Refund for your FirePods from the day you received them. To file for a Refund, you just have to send us an email to: support@myfirepods.com with the Subject as 'Refund'. 

If your FirePods are broken or damaged, we will need proof. For this we will ask you for two pictures. The details will be emailed to you once we receive your request. 

If your Refund is approved, we will initiate a Refund to your credit cart (or original form of payment). If your product was broken or had some functional issues, a full Refund will be put into effect.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

If you are unhappy with your order we are able to give you a 25% refund for in-store credit, however, you will also be able to keep your product.
